Harmony Golf Preserve – Where Wildlife Plays Alongside You

“If you get mad playing a course this beautiful you ought to quit golf” – Johnny Miller. These words are posted over the exit to the Pro Shop at the Harmony Golf Preserve in Harmony, Florida. Harmony Golf Preserve is one of the most beautiful courses I have ever played and is Central Florida’s only Johnny-Miller-designed championship golf preserve. It is a challenging course that has been rated 4 ½ stars by Golf Digest magazine.

The Town of Harmony has been described as an environmentally intelligent community and has a feel to it much like the Disney inspired town of Celebration, Florida, only on a much “Greener” scale. It is also miles away from the bright lights of the big city. The 7,428 yard, 18-hole signature course was designed around an existing wildlife preserve so there is a natural flow to play. Because the course was designed to mesh with the existing natural ecosystem, golfers are able to play right alongside some of Florida’s native wildlife species.

It’s difficult to put into words just how beautiful the Harmony Golf Preserve is… so here’s a video of our experience…

If you would like to book a tee time at Harmony, you can do so online or by calling (407) 891-8525.  The course is located just off of 192 and east of St. Cloud at 7251 Five Oaks Drive, Harmony, Florida 34773.  And make sure that you follow Harmony Golf Preserve on Twitter and Facebook to stay abreast of all the specials and discounts offered.
