She neglects to tell any of this to her editors at her paid blogging gigs where she portrays a very responsible working mother and travel aficionado for the entire state of Florida. I live in the historical Stirling area in Scotland, but spend at least two months of the year in the US. A keen traveller, I have visited dozens of countries across most parts of the world. A former reserve soldier, my time in the forces included an active tour in Iraq during the 2003 invasion where I served with the famous ‘Desert Rats’ battlegroup. I contribute to many newspapers, TV and radio shows on a range of topics. I am married to Pearl and we have three children including a son (13), and twin girls (4). Read Iain’s posts here.

Born in Spain, I adore siestas, as much as I enjoy writing about my worldly excursions. I’ve written for USA Today, Caribbean Travel & Life, Islands, American Eagle Latitudes, Cayman Airways Skies, Orlando Sentinel, Where Orlando and more. When I’m not writing or zigzagging around the planet — scaling the steps of Chichén-Itzá, roaming remote jungles of India and gazing at glow-in-the-dark plankton in Puerto Rico — I’m at home enjoying all Florida has to offer. Jenni Ingersoll:
Writer – planeteyetraveler.com

Born and raised a Hoosier from South-Central Indiana, one thing always got me through the gray days of winter, the promise of vacations in Florida.  Driving across the Florida state line, my father would roll down the window, take a deep breath and loudly declare “Smell that sea-air!”.  Even though I am wiser and much older, this is an antic I have continued with my own family on our travels, signaling that our destination is close at hand.  Writing for PlanetEye Traveler gives me the chance to share with others my love for family travel and adventures. Read Jenni’s posts here.

I’m an on-the-go mom to 4 very fun, but growing up way to quickly, kids. Ask any of my kids, their opinion on anything having to do with WDW or most Disney trivia and I hope that you have a chair to sit down on. Anyone in our family can brilliantly tell you about their favorite park, rides, shows, stores, parades, and any bit of Pixie Dust they may have experienced. Read Valerie’s posts here.

Apryl Thomas:
Road Trips at Planet Eye Travel / Apryl in Florida

At a very young age, my grandparents instilled in me the love of travel. With all of the places that I visited, there are handful that I came back to, time and time again. And one of them happens to be the Kissimmee area. Not only because of Walt Disney World, but also because of the outdoors. This area just may be one of the few places in the state that you can still experience old Florida. Read Apryl’s posts here.
